With the recent departure of Jamie Westenburg, BRG Golf has named Tayler Kimura as new Director of Golf to the prestigious Nicklaus Design course, Legend Hill Country Club.
Kimura is entering his 15th year as a professional in the golf industry, possessing experience from a variety of golf facilities in North America and Asia. Past positions include working as a golf professional with Troon Golf at their TPC golf courses in the United States and working at a number of high-end private golf courses in Canada.
Kimura recently completed the upgrade and re-brand of BRG Group's salt lake lined and seaside golf course in Hai Phong. The renamed “Ruby Tree Golf Resort” has received rave reviews since it’s facelift and repositioning from a record number of members and visitors in December 2015.
Now as Director of Golf at Legend Hill Country Club Tayler will focus on refinement of the product and training to ensuring the five-star international golf service levels that will create a memorable experience befitting Vietnam’s first Nicklaus Group design.
