The new IJP Design collection for Spring/Summer 2012 is the largest collection to date and is now available to buy online in the UK.
This season the IJP designers have transformed the ever-evolving Poulter Tartan into four modern, summery colour collections - Signature, Sport, Fashion and the recurring White Watch.
As IJP Design always leads with the legs, the four tartans dictate the rest of the collection, with shirts, jumpers and accessories designed to harmonise with each tartan, ensuring style on the course.
IJP Design is also launching its first Junior collection for Spring Summer 2012 for children aged 7-16.
The capsule collection is a scaled-down version of selected pieces from the IJP Design men's collection for 2012, with each garment tailored to the same high quality and functional excellence.
The collection includes: Poulter Tartans, Tech Trousers, Poulter Tartan Shorts, two shirts - the Blade and the Golo (two colours), Hurricano windstopper, the Gloryboy cap, belt leathers and the Superstar, Tron and Asymmetric belt buckles.
The growing appeal of the Poulter Tartan and the brand itself can be seen by the increasing number of professional golfers, including Ian Poulter himself, Bud Cauley and Gary Boyd, choosing the stylish yet functional range.
Most recently Darren Clarke was spotted wearing both Poulter Tartans in the 'Fashion' palette and Tech Trousers in Ultramarine from the 'Sport' palette at the WGC Cadillac Championship.
Key features of the latest collection:
Technical Perfection - each item is tried and tested on the golf course by Ian Poulter himself, whose attention to detail and fastidious feedback ensures each design is technically perfect down to the finishing touches.
Catchy Colours - the Signature palette consists of rich purples and this season's patriotic tones - navy, cardinal and powder blue, which when combined with the traditional Poulter Pink gives a very classic look.
The Sport colour palette is traditionally smart and sporty but with the vivid lava injected into jet black, dove and ultramarine, this palette has an eye-catching edge. This colour palette is also used for the first ever IJP Design Junior Collection, which is launched alongside the men's collection for Spring/Summer 2012.
The Fashion palette is chic and elegant - golf ball white, breeze block and rock are effortlessly cool and the lemon colour gives this palette the finishing touch for trend on and off the course.
The popular White Watch tartan will return for every Spring/Summer collection. This year the top selling White Watch Trousers have been adapted to feature a new and interesting seam detail as well as a back yoke feature with concealed and piped pockets.
The White Watch tartan is timeless and sophisticated, and this season sees the release of IJP classics such as the White Watch shirt with the 'Quintessentially British' IJP crest, as well as Classic Trousers and the fabulous White Watch Cardigan.
Angles and Edges - this season, the range has expanded to include more technical and fashionable garments including the Superblock shirt, the Edge, Wings and Neo. These items follow IJP's young and vibrant trends and incorporate this collections edgy twist of angles, asymmetry and cheeky flashes of colour.
