Miami Children’s Hospital Nicklaus Outpatient Center Hosts Grand Opening and Community Open House
Miami Children’s Hospital (MCH) and the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation celebrated the grand opening of the Miami Children’s Hospital Nicklaus Outpatient Center with a community open house. Patients and families enjoyed family fun entertainment, refreshments and tours of the facility. Special guests Jack and Barbara Nicklaus spoke before a crowd of several hundred members of the community, as well as media. The center is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., not far from the North Palm Beach home where Jack and Barbara have resided since 1970.

Scottsdale's Desert Mountain celebrates 25th anniversary this month
Desert Mountain, the renowned private golf and recreational community in north Scottsdale, Ariz., celebrated its 25th anniversary this month with a holiday-themed party with the guest of honor being Jack Nicklaus, who designed all six courses at the club. Recently named a 2012 Platinum Club of America, this 8,000-acre, member-owned club is ranked the top private club in Arizona and among the top 10 in the nation.
